Make sure we are a right fit for one another before paying anything!

55 minute virtual sessions (online or by phone)

55 minute in person sessions 

1 hour "closed" group therapy sessions on ZOOM with 15 or less people.

1 hour "open" group therapy sessions on Zoom for anyone who wants to join.

Current open grief support times:

Mondays - 7-8 am EST

Wednesdays 9-10 am EST

Working alongside school counselors to help provide students with support and resources, during times of need.
